Chaotic Dissier of Darklord(Cool Down)

Suggestion:

Pwede po bang tanggalin ang cooldown ng Chaotic Dissier skill of Dark Lords/Emperors for the sake of BATTLE TYPE DL's. I used to play Battle type Darklord in TItan/Tarh and Rance and both server offer no cool down on chaotic dissier which makes it a powerful skills for Battle type DL's. In my own view the cooldown of the skill affect its attack speed and making the agi of a DL not relevant to its Skill(Chaotic). This is only a suggestion in behalf of the battle type Dark Lords out there but incase this is not possible I guess we adjust on what the best offer your server can offer. Good Luck and more power!!

kea nga dapat nga inaalis nila ung COOL DOWN ng DL Chaotic Disseir pra mas malakas and DL na HITTER nkakabighani nga kc na nagkaroon ng COOLDOWN un ehh GG sana kalaban kpag wala nun

dapat alisin ang cooldown ng chaotic wala wenta attack speed sa chaotic..sarap sana ng DL kung wala yun..
